Claire Bernier took part in the annual Asia-Pacific Conference of the Itechlaw held in Melbourne Feb 26-28, 2014.
She participated in a panel on the topic “Privacy: international Update” and presented the main provisions of the future European regulation on personal data currently under discussion at the European Commission and should be voted before the end of the year.
