INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ALTANA Firm is sole owner of the “Altana” trademark (hereafter the “Brand”) and of the www.altanalaw.com domain name. The Brand and the Site qualify for protection under the intellectual property rights laws. The Site as a whole and all of the elements within it (specifically but not exclusively, text, tree structures, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos) are the sole property of ALTANA Firm, which is the only entity authorized to make use of the intellectual property rights related to its ownership.

Use of all or part of the Site, notably through downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or communication of its contents, for any use other than your own personal and private non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. Violation of these stipulations is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code and the Penal Code as an infringement of copyright and trademark rights, as well as the Civil Code for legal liabilities.

The Brand and domain names as well as the designs shown on the Site are the exclusive property of ALTANA Firm. Hypertext links to the Site may be created only after obtaining prior written authorization from ALTANA Firm, which reserves the right to withdraw its authorization at any time.

Other sites with hypertext links to the Site are not monitored by ALTANA Firm, which therefore declines all liabilities (including editorial liabilities) relating to the access or content of these sites.
